Founding Managing Director
Tandile Makuluma is the founding managing director of TMC. Has educational background in Social Sciences, Organisational Development, holds a Business Administration degree and is a certified Neuro Linguistic Practioner (NLP). Tandile has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources in various roles.

The firm is 100% black-woman-owned, founded in 2018 by Ms Tandile Makuluma who is an HR and NLP practitioner with many years of experience in HR roles at senior management levels.
The primary focus of the company is to help organization and businesses with their Human Resources needs, while also catering for individuals and teams for their personal development needs.
