Founding Managing Director
Tandile Makuluma is the founding Managing Director of TMC (Tandile Makuluma Consulting). She holds a strong educational background in Social Sciences and Organisational Development, a degree in Business Administration, and is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner as well as a Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources across various strategic and operational roles, Tandile brings deep expertise in people development, organisational effectiveness, and leadership coaching. Her passion lies in helping individuals and organisations unlock their full potential and thrive.

Tandile Makuluma Consulting is a 100% black woman-owned People Development Consulting firm, founded in 2018 by Ms Tandile Makuluma—a seasoned HR professional, certified NLP practitioner, and Gallup CliftonStrengths coach with extensive experience in senior management roles. We specialize in human capital management, recruitment and placement, skills development, and both life and business coaching solutions.
